I have a rental property in North Hollywood which my dad bought back in the 60s. A few month ago our tenant moved out after 15 years at the house, and we had to fix it all. We had to install new carpet flooring in the bed rooms, new paint to the walls and ceiling and we decided to replace the roof at the same time. Right at the time we started to look for a contractor for our project, a friend from work told me how excited he was with the new master bath he has just completed in his house with This great contractor. I decided to call that Great contractor and see what he has to say about my project. Not to mention, me and my wife we both work, we have 3 kids and we dont have any time what so ever to spend with any unprofessional. Long story short we met Leo at our property the next day. After 3 days the work began, and it all was completed in less than 2 weeks. Im completely happy that finally I found the right contractor to do everything that I need without all the hustle around it. They finished the work on time, they were dedicated, they worked clean, there were no addons during the work. The schedule of payments worked perfect for me. It was a bit more than our budget but I decided not to look for the cheapest guy around (bad experience from another project I had a year ago), but to find a professional who will deliver for me exactly what I want, in my time frame in order for me to be happy, and Im OK with paying for it. Let me tell you finally I did the right thing. Im very happy with the work and I recommend Leo to everyone I know.

Hi Everyone, This is the time to show my appreciation for the service I got. I was looking for a contractor who can take care for me of my bathroom project. Leo and his team built this amazing new bathroom for me in no time. I chose my tile and the fixtures, I like expensive stuff, and they made it all look like a million dollar shower. This coming up summer I'm planning to take care of my exterior painting and maybe do some landscaping work, I know for sure who I'm going to use. Leo is a great contractor, he does a beautiful work, fast, professional and I was happy to pay top dollar for it. Thank you so much.

Leo was great. He was very adamant from the getgo on providing great service and going the extra mile. He took measurements of my roof and even checked in my attic (something nobody else did) since he wanted to get me an accurate (and final!!) estimate, rather than just throw a number and then add costs on me later. His price was VERY reasonable, his service was excellent, and the actual work was done so fast I couldn't believe it. In short: I couldn't be any happier that I chose to go with Leo for replacing my roof.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we have completed a full rehab from A to Z of a 10 unit apartment building in the heart of Los Angeles. That project took a few month to complete and included painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, Doors installation, windows, roofing and much more. At the end of the day, that building stand out now from all the rest of the neighborhood and look amazing.
