Introduction
Natalie is originally from the US and lived in Hong and China for 8 years working in the Fashion industry. Her yoga journey started in Manhattan at Life in Motion studio and continued at a steady pace all the way to Hong Kong. After 15 years of chronic lower back pain, she healed herself through the safety of Iyengar alignment. Her experience of healing her body through proper anatomical alignment within the asanas has led her on an entirely new yoga journey. Natalie loves to share this direct experience of healing her body and spirit with other yogis where prana, the life force, and science meet. She earned a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance® Certification from Hong Kong’s Yogalimbs during her 8 year stint in Asia as well as a 500HR Prana Vinyasa® Certification with Samudra Global School of Living Yoga | Shiva Rea. Natalie will guide you by verbal instruction, imagery, demonstration, and hands-on direction, you will explore yoga in a way that is practical and beneficial. She focuses on developing strength, endurance, and range of motion incrementally and gradually. Through an approach that is gradual and gentle, student’s experience how the subtle power of yoga works discovering your natural strength, suppleness, vigor, and health through yoga developed specifically for you. Connecting with people and sharing what I love and what has changed my life with others.
