We're an R&B Dance Cover Band and would like to perform at your next event.
Collectively, we have performed at weddings, corporate parties, fundraisers, high school reunions, festivals, street fairs, county fairs, outdoor concerts, wineries, and other events.
We mainly play a lot of old school R&B (Motown, Earth Wind & Fire, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson etc) plus Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Amy Winehouse, B52's, Alicia Keys, Journey, Pharrell, Santana, and more.

On August 8th, I watched a performance by the newly formed band, Airwaves. They provided outdoor summer entertainment for the homeowners of a residential development in Alameda. As this was the band’s first live performance, they did a very good job. Airwaves sang a variety of upbeat and familiar 80’s and 90’s pop and R&B tunes, as well as a few ballads. The lead female vocal, Arlette, had a beautiful voice, and the lead male vocal, Mike, sang well and was thoroughly engaging with the crowd with his subtle humor and friendly demeanor. The musicians were also very skilled and most of them had a chance to perform their own solo. Lastly, the sound system was excellent. This is a very talented and versatile band and I’m confident they will continue to grow and improve as they attain more experience at future gigs. I definitely look forward to hearing them again in the future.

I'm glad I got to experience Airwaves concert at the park. The music ranged from Motown to top 40 and they even snuck in an old school hip hop track. The music selection was great and was suitable for all age groups. Overall, I had a great time and would love to bring my friends and family to the next Airwaves concert!

Our Home owner association recently has Airwaves played at our summer outdoor concert. We worked with Randy to set up date and time etc logistical details. He was very responsive. The band is professional and energetic. All members came several hours early with sound system support folks to set up and check out everything before the event starting time. They played songs span several decades from variety of artists. Even some the pickiest music fans in the audience were impressed by their performance. After the show they cleaned up timely. It was a great experience and we definitely will want to have Airwaves to perform for our event again.
