Introduction: Strength and conditioning training is my forte. I also offer Glute specific programming and studied from the likes of Brett Contreras and others in the industry who focus mainly on the posterior chain. While I love pure strength training I also do functional training, CrossFit style programming as well as prehab and rehab exercises for any and all clients. If 1-1 or small group is not for you I can do monthly programming via an online platform where I can track your progress and set up weekly workouts. This can be combined for what I call a hybrid program in combination with personal training.

Steve Paul is by far my favorite trainer of all-time,he is patient, understanding, professional and dedicated to his clients,he made me feel relaxed and motivated to improve my overall health , i usually feel awkward and embarrassed working with a personal trainer, but Steve Paul has been the exception so much so that i felt compelled to leave a review which is rare for me.

The last 2 weeks working with Steve were great! In the initial check up he listen to my current aches and proposed a set of stretches that helped alleviate my lower back. He gives great feedback about posture and an explanation of what muscles I should be activating and the form. Additionally, he was resourceful to work with my current setup at home and recommended equipment. Happy to keep working with him as a trainer.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I use a person to person approach. I do not set prices. I work with many different types of people in various settings of life and finances. I believe that truly trying to help achieve ones self worth has a price but it shouldn’t break the bank or cause stress. I mean shit, the whole purpose of this is to relieve stress and feel better. Let’s talk more about that in conversation shall we?

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with a movement and postural screening. I get some background info on who you are, your past fitness, injury and medical history, then we talk goals and set up a plan of attack.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Years of hard work. Keeping up with the new Information available today. 5 different certifications and a consistent student of the game.
