- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with people one-on-one, making everything super personalized. I don't have set prices because I believe it's an investment in your health and well-being. Taking care of yourself is worth it – it's better than dealing with problems later. Plus, I know everyone's got different financial situations, so I try to work with everyone at a level that works for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a movement and postural screening. I get some background info on who you are, your past fitness, injury and medical history, then we talk goals and set up a plan of attack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of dedicated work have been invested in staying current with the latest industry knowledge. I maintain five relevant certifications and am committed to continuous learning in my field.
