- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prepare quotes based off the customer's needs. From those needs, we prepare the highest quality painting and roofing solutions. Each customer requires different specifications for the way they are expecting their project to turn out. We prepare a detailed quote that includes those specifications and every piece of material and hour of labor which will be used to get to that solution. There is minimal price changes, no unexpected costs (if there is, we go out of our way to handle them so you don't have to), and our work is backed by a Woodiwiss Painting and Woodiwiss Roofing warranty (5 year minimum).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will book you for an estimate and our estimator will come to your house to inspect the work. Our estimator asks the proper questions to identify each and every need of the customer and prepare a quote based on those needs. We can also offer a complimentary 1 hour with a color consultant if you aren't quite ready to choose colors. Once the quote is signed then we will get you on the schedule for a project. During the project, a team lead and project manager will be available for contact around the clock. After the work has been done, we perform a walk-through to make sure all work is up to customer and company standards.

Our training not only involves customer service and painting/roofing skills, but we also train our employees to pursue a path of personal growth. We believe that a person can maximize the value that they give to others and themselves, if they are actively pursuing their own values and their own growth.
