FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a person has an existing resume that needs improvement I will charge $100. For a new resume from scratch I charge $150.00. I ask for 50% payment after first meeting, then rest upon final draft. Additional charges for cover letter tbd.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out by phone or email and ask a series of questions about their goals, resume status, areas of concern and time frame in terms of any specific job they want to apply for. Then, based on responses we will get to work. Either I will review their existing resume or build a new one. This may involve meeting in person or via Skype if distance is a concern. I usually do up to three draft exchanges after which there will be a final version in pdf and doc format.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience helping people with their resumes although now I am beginning to do this as an income generator. It is something I enjoy!
