We're currently looking to fill our monday in the san gabriel & Alhambra area specifically on monday. We do work the LA area. We don't offer once a month service only bi-monthly and weekly yard services.
Currently a member of the National association of Landscape Professionals, insured. Knowledgeable in excel, a good mix of old school Gardening and new techniques. We carry Reel and Rotary lawn mowers. At home we carry industry level sharpeners. I also attended buisness school CSUN to be specific. Fluent in English and Spanish working on my Japanese. I also have contact with different nurseries around LA county i can ask for a specific plant.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
generally we give discounts to senior citizens, we charge the same monthly price if it rains for weekly yard service, we do show up the following rainy day with rain jackets at least blow and do a check up. Christmas/ new years week and spring break time off is paid PTO (only applies to weekly yard service). we don't take into account the 5th week of a month, this is given as to balance our days off. if you omit to this we will charge the 5th week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
if the yard is unkept overgrown there will be an initial charge. we don't service once a month
