- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Complicated, no. I look at time I think it will take, and what I think materials will cost, and do my best to give you a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I use vendor resources to keep up. I love Sherwin Williams paint, and they have annual classes for contractors to keep us up to date. Home Depot and Lowes have similar programs, as do companies like Ferguson in the plumbing area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Just love to work with my hands. I enjoy looking back a finished product and thinking, "I did that"!
