I worked with Laura for close to 4 years, and she is very knowledgeable, thorough, incredibly patient and kind. She helped me develop muscle and overall strength, and guided me through ups and downs. I highly recommend Laura if you want someone that listens and is actually invested in helping you achieve your goals.
Thank you so much for your review Liza! It was truly awesome to be a part of your strength journey that you and Laura walked through together. You accomplished so much over the years, and we couldn't be more proud of all the progress you made! Wishing you all the best!

Years ago, Enoch helped me recover from a shoulder injury I got while doing muscle-up training. The exercises he gave me helped me regain my range of motion and strength, and eventually I was able to get back to training without any shoulder pain. Enoch was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain what we were doing and why. I had a great experience working with him, and Im glad to see that he now has his own practice at Gateway Wellness. I would recommend him.
Adam, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! It's been a long time but I still remember being part of the journey and seeing all the progress you made. It's been an honor to be a part of that journey. Wishing you the best.

Worked with Enoch after several surgeries and he was great at getting me back into shape. He's a great guy as well. We always had very interesting conversations while he was helping me recover.
Thank you so much for taking the time for your review John. Time always flew in our sessions because exercising was fun or because of our interesting conversations. Wishing you all the best.

Hello,PT Enoch Quan helped me rehabilitate my right meniscus tear/repair, after I had my surgery. This was my 2nd meniscus injury in 7 years, so I had already been through the rehab and PT process before. This meant I had all kinds of questions that were more pointed and specific -- which he addressed with his expertise and knowledge every time. The PT role definitely has more of a relationship-based aspect vs any other type of doctor, so the ones who can really articulate and tailor their treatment to the patient are the best, plain and simple. PT is more mind-body connection enablement than any other health/medical role -- and Enoch exemplifies that in his patient treatment.Kev

I've worked with Enoch for 6+ years and I'm stronger now than I was in my 20's! I have a busy work schedule, but he's always flexible and accommodating. Every workout is personalized to my goals and schedule, and he makes it easy to stay consistent from home. When I hurt my shoulder he even re-worked my workouts so I could keep moving without making it worse. Can't recommend him enough.
Kelly, thank you so much for taking the time to review our company. It's been a real pleasure to work with you over the years and see all the progress you have made. It's always great to have a solid session to look forward to early in the mornings! Thanks again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client starts with a free assessment, so we can figure out your goals and whether we're a good fit before you commit to anything. From there, sessions are personalized to you — I offer in-home, virtual, and community-based training, and pricing depends on format and frequency. I also offer package rates for clients who train regularly. I'm happy to walk through options on our first call; there's no pressure and no obligation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free assessment where I learn about your goals, health history, and any injuries or limitations, and check things like strength, balance, and mobility. From there I design a personalized program built around what you actually need. Depending on your goals and schedule, sessions are delivered by me or by one of my trainers under my guidance, and I stay involved with regular check-ins to track your progress and adjust the plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a certified personal trainer. My physical therapy background means I understand how the body moves in detail and how to train people safely — especially those managing aches, past injuries, or balance and mobility concerns. I focus on evidence-based methods, so what we do together is grounded in what actually works.
