Chef Chris and team ROCKED THIS. This was an impromptu event on the 4TH of July, talk about last minute. 1st excellent communication, 2, showed up, set up, was ready to go, 3, helped pump up the action with announcements and music, 4, put smiles on faces and yummies in the belly! The team was personable and professional and wow, just wow. The team in the truck with Chef Kevin (and one other) we're on fire... I could not believe the speed they operated at and served up 100s of dishes and drinks fast, fast, fast. I had so much fun meeting them and already looking forward to our next event with them. GO Taste Collective.

This was an incredible experience, Chris and his team went above and beyond. Customized menu, first class service and presentation. This was a personal event but I will be hiring them again for business events in the future as well. Fully recommend!
