My husband and I were looking to purchase a home for our growing family for about three months with a previous agent. We had put offers on two homes, but unfortunately lost both of them because of the bidding wars that are occurring in this current market. Fantastic team work!!! Marcilina and Dave went above and beyond.... Providing me with expertise, counsel and care. Marcilina and Dave, first sold my home in a creative fast and efficient way. I am very particular and demanding with my needs. I expressed my specific terms to Marcilina and not only did she listen-they sold my home for a very good profit. A few months later, I asked Marcilina again, to find me a home to purchase. With all my challenging particular needs, Dave and Marcilina paid attention to my wishes and most importantly looked after my own interests.
