Mike answered my message to make an appointment to look at our pool same day. He was professional and responsive unlike the first pool company I called and set up an appointment with. He didn't even have the courtesy to call me back to let me know that he is not showing up. Mike did an excellent job of cleaning our pool and we are a very happy customer. Looking forward to have our pool maintained/cleaned by Mike for a long time. My husband said that he has never seen our pool as blue and clean. I highly recommend Simple Clean Pools.

After several different pool cleaning companies I ran across Mike with Simple Clean. His work ethic and honesty are above all else. Our job wasn’t easy, but he was able to turn our problem pool around . On top of it gave a good recommendation for a equipment specialist . Highly recommend this company !😃

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pools are typically $150 and Spas are typically $100.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer reaches out via Thumbtack and we respond ASAP. If possible, we will visit the customer's pool that day or provide a consultation via phone/text if a photo of the pool or spa is provided.
If the customer decides to use our services, we will ask for their email and send them Onboarding info, as well as the day/time their pool or spa will be serviced each week.
