I could not be more pleased with the improvements to my property and the equanimity that comes from turning over the project to a skilled professional. The execution of the work was flawless and although the project required sheetrock and plastering; I returned home each evening over the few days of work to a tidy home. Spencer had great ideas on how to enhance the project and ensure I would be satisfied with the final results. He has an eye for detail that comes with experience. The project required replacing a built in entertainment box with a half wall and flooring, replacing kitchen florescent lights with recessed lights and installing recessed lights in living room.
