I am very pleased with Kevin's installation of our dishwasher. The process was pretty complex, but that wasn't an issue for Kevin. He was quick to figure it out and he installed the dishwasher perfectly. He was very enthusiastic and eager to resolve any issues that came up. Kevin clearly has an extensive knowledge of dishwashers (both inside and out). He explained, in detail, all of the features of our new dishwasher and how to operate it without having to look over the manual. Kevin is also extremeley professional - he arrived on time, as promised, and cleaned up the work area after he finished installing the dishwasher. I definitely recommend Kevin to anyone looking to install appliances.

Jhonny responded immediately to my request and was there within an hour and adjusted the dimensions of my cabinetry so that the dishwasher would fit and installed it. I purchased a counter top dishwasher that was suppose to be an easy install but I have a snake sink with attachable head. HomeDepot professionals tried giving me instructions on how to make the adjustments but I was in over my head. Reached out to a few other plumbers and they said it was too difficult and suggested I install a standard sink. Derick came over and knocked it out WITHOUT a problem, even allowing for the sink and dishwasher to be used at same time. Very cool guy was on time and very personable. I suggest you request Derick for any job that you need to be creative with. Will definitely use him again. 👍🏾

Ordered a dishwasher from Lowe's but apparently failed to include installation. So I hired Lobo for the job. I was able to pre-schedule an appointment within a one-hour window; they arrived within that window. Once onsite, they saw that one of my valves was corroded, so they replaced it. They even vacuumed the space where the dishwasher was and all of the Styrofoam that had fallen off on the kitchen floor when they unpacked it. Very nice, very skilled, had the extra parts and pieces I needed and all for a good price.

Caused a lot of water damage to my home while installing a dishwasher. Using a fake name. Now he is ignoring my insurance company. After talking to him and finding him liability, he’s now a ghost. Thumbtack says they do NOT have his correct contact information. Avoid or you will be screwed when he makes a mistake. DO NOT hire before seeing his license and liability insurance.
