Introduction: We play music ranging from classical to contemporary and anything in between. Most of our musicians have a Master's degree in music performance – true professionals. We offer almost all types of live musicians from different soloists, duo, trio quartet, live bands, DJ/Emcee and Baraat band. We are servicing all areas within Southern California and we DO NOT charge travel fees. We are very focused on every event that we’ve managed. The event day is one of the most important events for our clients; it’s always about the bride and groom’s "big day". We are aware that organizing a wedding is not easy, so we want to make it simple for you in selecting your music provider. We have been in the live music industry for 10 years. Our repertoire list of over 1,000 songs is an advantage over our competition because we can most likely play what you want. If in case your favorite song is not listed in our library yet, no worries, our in-house arranger can take care of that. We're very pleased with the Quartet who played for my sister's outdoor wedding few weeks ago. It was an easy process to book and coordinate about the music we would like for our event. We talked with Margie whose very accommodating and gladly answers our every questions and requests that we made through email and phone calls. Their website is immensely helpful with lots of songs to choose from. We... have asked for few songs not listed and they arranged the music beautifully so we could have songs that we wanted as part of the prelude before the wedding proper and special song accompaniment for the singers who sang during the bridal walk and the unity and sand ceremony. It was all beautiful and we're so impressed by the quality of their music. Very professional in every way. My husband is a musician itself and we think highly of them. My husband and I believe that music is an integral part of the event and we would only want the best for my sister's special day as a gift for them so we made it sure they had the best. It was unusually cold and chilly during the wedding but they played their music beautifully as if the weather was perfect! What an incredible set of musicians they have and we highly recommend them! Thanks again Ocdamia! You're all incredibly talented! Thank you for the wonderful music you played! The team who came definitely made my sister's beautiful wedding on top of the mountain and surrounded with nature made it more grand and an extraordinary one!

The Ocdamia Strings is simply the best! I hired this group to provide a ceremony & cocktail music for my wedding in Fullerton. I dealt primarily with Margie thru emails. During the booking process, she replied to my email within an hour or less. This lady is behind organized! During my big day, her team checked-in 45 minutes early, and as soon as they saw that the guests are arriving, they immediately started playing, even though our agreement is to play for 15 minutes prelude only. This group always goes extra mile. The entire ceremony and cocktail performances went really well. I received quite a few compliments from my guests about their performance. The wedding ceremony was beautiful because of the live string trio! Margie and the other team members were pleasant to work with and they responded to our emails within hours! On the day of, they worked well with the other vendors to ensure the ceremony run smoothly and timely. All the guests enjoyed the great music and we couldn't have been happier. We have a flat fee applied for the first hour and every additional hour is substantially at a less rate. We recommend hiring us for 2 hours and more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our client can book their favorite musicians online. We also have a portal that allows our clients to submit their planning form and custom playlist electronically.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our musicians, especially the classical strings, have master's degree in music performance.
