If I could leave -5 stars, I would. I negotiated with Jesus Castillo, who refused to provide an estimate and only offered a day rate. He assured me, "we can work," and chose the day himself. Jesus Castillo is highly unprofessional. He requested a review for his work this morning, he didn't show up to complete the job.
He was scheduled to work today, but never arrived. After I texted him to ask if he was going to show up or if I needed to find someone else, he finally responded. His response was, "I apologize, I had a small accident. You can look for someone else if you don't want to wait 15 days." This was after I had already confirmed on the website that he would do the work.
I have already wasted my time (7 days) waiting for someone who doesn't care if I wait another 15 days. Despite being in Anaheim and claiming he could do the job in the Valley, Jesus Castillo failed to deliver. Avoid this service at all costs.
