Clean Slate Demolition (CSD) just completed the demolition and backfilling of the swimming pool in our backyard.
We are very, very satisfied with the service Eddie and his team provided.
Every and any CSD team member and especially Eddie did show their professionalism, knowledge, experience, and friendliness during the whole time they spent working at our place.
Less than one hour after our first phone contact in the afternoon of a Saturday, Eddie showed up at our place. After looking at the dried pool made into a sunken garden in your backyard, Eddie took the measurements of the size of the pool and also of the position of the pool in relation to our house and the walls around.
I asked Eddie some simple questions about a possible starting date and the schedule.
Less than 48 hours later, we received a detailed estimate, along with information about the requirements from the City.
12 calendar days after our first phone contact, CSD started their work.
During the whole working period, Eddie had always kept us abreast of the situation, about the work progress, about the inspections.
One day, around 5:30 pm, I asked the operator of the bobcat to stop working, even if the day was still very bright and the demolition was almost completed. I explained to the bobcat operator that we did not want our neighbors who must have returned home from work at that time to be bothered by the noise. And the bobcat operator complied with our request. I truly appreciate CSD's intention to serve their customers.
12 calendar days after the cutting of the holes and after three inspections, the job was completed. On the last day, Eddie and his team helped move our plants that they had moved from the sunken garden to their new positions in our new garden.
Thank you Eddie, thank you Martin, Mario, Xavier, Manuel and all of you at CSD. I also wish to say thank you to David, the inspector from the City who had always shown true work ethics.

ps: I have already recommended Eddie and CSD to a friend with a dried swimming pool and will continue to do so to people I know with demolition needs.

Eddie and his team were a pleasure to work with! The process was quick, easy, and incredibly transparent. They removed our carport that had seen better days with care and attention to detail. His team even delivered some of the larger scraps to a neighbor who had asked if they could have them.

Eddie from Clean Slate is awesome. He helped me with a kitchen/floor demo and he did an awesome job. His price was extremely fair. If you need demo done, these are your guys. I did contact a couple of other people from different sites but I had problems with them not getting back to me and I was getting discouraged. I did not have that problem at all with Eddie. He gave me a written estimate, got me in the following week and did exactly what he said they would do in the length of time he told me it would take. How great is that?😊 They were able to save a couple of my kitchen cabinets to use in the laundry room, (which I had been told by someone else couldn't be done). They hauled everything off for me and even took a couple of extra things not part of the demo. I am a really happy camper. I will definitely use them again next time I need something taken out.
