FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel like my pricing is fair for the type of work that is needed. You should not have to overpay for a Fan installation, an Electrical Outlet change/install, upgrading a Light Fixture, or other small projects of that sort. Now if you need main panel repair and service, I am not the person for that type of work and that's when "PRO" rates kick in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be able to offer competitive pricing while at the same time not degrading the quality of work that will be completed. I might be slightly higher than other estimates you'll receive, but you can be assured that it will be proper work. You are the end user and I want to be able to complete the image you have in your head about your finished Project. I want to be able to relieve that headache from that pending project. I don't believe customers hire people like myself because they do not know, most of the time it's just about having the right tools and having the time. Between Life, Work, and Family there just isn't enough time or energy. I am here to help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My cousin and I did handyman work for a couple of years before I had to quit and get a steady job with salary and benefits for my growing family. Thankfully my cousin was able to finally expand his business without me, I just do this part time now but why have skills and not use them. My mind does not like to stay still, I am always looking for new challenges.
