I was working with another vendor prior to working with United Junk Removal and they had canceled on me on the same day of the project. So when I found Christopher, I was very happy and appreciative of their service. Christopher and his associate provided me with the best service I’ve ever seen from a vendor. He was very professional, had great communication and was very transparent with me and my project. He answered all my questions right away and didn’t keep me waiting. He also provided me with a quick and affordable estimate - better than all the other vendors I checked with. He was on time and got the job done in 2.5 hours - which was a really big job of moving out my mom’s house with numerous old, large furniture. He was able to take it to either a local OC thrift store or to the junkyard if they didn’t accept it. He made it such a stress-free transaction which I appreciated so much since I had a bad experience with the previous vendor. I can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend them!

These guys were great. Had to cut up a hot tub to remove it and got the job done in under an hour, then sent time sweeping and cleaning the area up. Really nice guys, too. And it was the best quote we received. Don't hesitate to hire them.
