Matt was great! Arrived on time and was very helpful. Although it turned out to be a much bigger problem than what I originally thought it was, and had to call in a plumber, Matt stayed to make sure the plumbers knew what had happened while he was there. I appreciated the time and genuine interest in making sure the issue was resolved! Will call you again if I ever do have a problem with the landscaping irrigation!

From the actual phone call to the end result, I was completely satisfied. I was at work trying to arrange an appointment with Miss Landscape, with several interruptions at hand, the rep stayed patient, welcoming, and considerate. I was informed how the process would take place and given the option to have someone out that day. Because I was ill prepared for the "same day" option, I did not leave any form of currency for payment at the location. Miss Landscape worked with me in this matter with no sign of distrust or frustration. Upon arrival, an evaluation was performed, I was quoted, and the team moved forward with my lawn beautification. There were a couple of equipment mishaps, but the technician was dutiful and prided himself through his work...he would not leave any edge untrimmed. His equipment died just before completion and he got on his hands and knees and finished the job manually. I would recommend Miss Landscape to anyone!! This looks like the beginning of a beautiful relationship!!
