Educated and experienced in functional total body training. With over 11yrs of experience, I bring to you the movements that work and help get you on your way to the best version of you! With Fitness being everywhere these days, getting direction from everyone is common. But I take pride in educating my clients with the proper information that will allow them to transform their body however they choose to! With a Bachelors in Kinesiology, and two International Personal Training certifications, clients can rest assure that the information passed along is the most up to date and correct guidance out there. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just a whole lot of knowledge and expertise to ensure my clients walk away the best versions of themselves!

Josh is a very knowledgable, motivating dedicated and inspiring trainer. He constantly pushs his clients to their fullest. He wants you to see what you're capable of. If you have any questions or concerns he makes sure to respond. He works well with your schedule. Josh is someone who truly loves what he does. His work speaks for his passion. If you want true results just follow his guide, decidcate yourself, and you will see results!

Josh always kicks my behind. I love that he constantly switches up the workouts. During this past year of training with him he’s taught me proper weight-lifting form, helped strengthen my core, improve my balance, flexibility and posture. He’s definitely improved my self-esteem as well. I’m grateful that he’s able to share his knowledge on fitness and nutrition with me. I honestly complain about every single workout because I’m a big cry baby but he always manages to motivate me to finish all my sets. Once he trains you, you will notice results immediately. I highly recommend his training!

I love training with Josh because the results are lasting. Every session we have he pushes me harder. Every time we train I feel I get stronger and better. I have leaned out and lower my body fat percentage through his workouts. It's a good feeling when you start to see the results from working and pushing hard. I like that he also offers customize nutrition plans. Through his nutrition plans you don't have to stick to a strict diet, and that's amazing. I get to eat what I want and still get results. Not only does he personally train me but he educates me on why we do certain movements, and how does it benefit me. He doesn't only put me through a work out, but educates me on how the muscle works. He teaches me how to focus on the muscle we are trying to target, which is known as mind and body connection. I would definitely recommend him for personal training. He knows what he is doing and his credibility is really good.
