He did a wonderful job, he communicated an hour before he arrived so I was prepared and did the job in a timely manner, very professional. He let me know my position options for the mount and cleaned up after the installation. He also installed my husband's PS4 and connected everything together and he even included a power strip to make sure everything had a connection! His price couldn't be beat for the quality of work! I'm definitely hiring him for my next TVmounting job!

Outstanding job. They install a 7.1 surround system in my ceiling. It was a long process because of the way the ceiling studs were laid out. They consulted me all along the way. They did an outstanding job making sure the layout of the speakers was perfect. They were very professional and maid sure the job was complete and they cleaned up everything.
Even my dog loved them. They were very friendly to my dog and she loved them. What better feedback can you get than that?

I reached out to Next Level AV to install hardwired CAT6a Ethernet ports and Ubiquiti gear in a newly-purchased home. Since I already had an idea of where I wanted the ports, Wi-Fi access points, camera, and doorbell, I provided a rough floorplan with locations marked.
Luis responded almost immediately, offering to come do a walkthrough the very next morning. He was very polite and informative, giving feedback on install locations & explaining the range of help that Next Level could provide (from just running the wires, to installing wall plates and patch panels, to fully configuring the Ubiquiti equipment end-to-end).
By that afternoon he had a full estimate ready for labor and materials. They use a very professional digital invoicing system and take credit card. We worked together to procure the gear we needed, as many of the Ubiquiti products in our plan were out-of-stock.
On the first day, Luis' team of 3 spent over 12 hours on-site running and terminating the wires. He came back on two other days to finish running the camera wiring (which was in a difficult location) and to install the patch panel, switch, network appliance, and camera.
They did a great job avoiding drywall cuts as much as possible, and none of the holes were still visible after the drywall repairman came around. I asked them to pull some fiber (unarmored patch cables) along with the CAT6a for future-proofing, and they were very careful with them -- all the fiber runs tested successfully.
What I was most impressed by was the tidiness of the patch panel area that Luis set up: he installed a bracket that neatly covers the hole where the 24 Ethernet and 8 fiber cords enter from the attic. A separate plate was installed for AC power cords supplying the switch and network appliance, and Luis even put in an extra electrical box for future use since I mentioned wanting to eventually add a server rack in the closet below the patch panel area.
(Note that in the photo, the ugly bottom fiber panel is entirely on me -- please ignore! I'm replacing it to match the much nicer one Luis got for the Ethernet ports. Also, in hindsight I wish I chose a switch with one row of 24 ports, rather than two rows of 12. Or as Luis suggested, two brush plates to wire the bottom row through the back of the rack. He is super knowledgeable about rack wiring and Ubiquiti gear!)
Anyways, I highly recommend Next Level AV; they did a beautiful job with my install of 5x(4 CAT6a, 1 fiber) wall drops, 2x(1 U6-Lite, 1 fiber) ceiling access points, 1x(1 U6-LR, 1 fiber) ceiling access point, 1xG4 Pro camera, G4 doorbell, UDM-Pro network appliance, and USW-Pro-24-PoE switch.

I knew our fireplace wall is a bit different from normal and could pose a possible challenge to the installer. But, they were able to do the job as we have imagined it. Very knowledgeable on what they are doing and walk us through after the installation. I highly recommend them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is a breeze! During initial contact, we try to set up an in home consultation to make sure we are estimating your project properly. This allows for better communication. After the consultation, we will send you a proposal to either accept or deny. Once accepted, we will then schedule your installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a C-7 Low Voltage License awarded by CSLB, along with an ACE license for security systems. This allows us to install and service all types of low voltage electrical systems such as home theater and surveillance.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off installing security systems for ADT. I worked there for a few years and expanded my skills set with Time Warner. All the experience and relationships I’ve built over the years have helped create The Wire Guys. We specialize in home theater and home automation. We pride ourselves in our craftsmanship and attention to detail.
