They are so fast and reliable, we have rental properties in Bay Area and their service comes really handy as I dont have to deal with different people for different parts of the project. We had a main water line leak and In Demand plumbing did an excellent job from when Jesss showed up for the initial quote. He explained everything to us, gave options and multiple quotes for the options. Once the option was chosen we were quickly added to their schedule and they arrived on time. A small note that I noticed and liked was they sent a picture of the employee coming out via text message so you knew who the employee was. Ultimately they came out, located the leak quickly and realized that the repairs would be less than initially quoted. Jesse completed a new quote on the spot, repaired the leak, upgraded some piping and cleaned up beyond expected. We will definitely use In Demand for future plumbing issues, recommend to our friends and neighbors also.
