I consider that it was a lucky day when a friend called to say I had to come and meet my future landscaper. I had tried many new contacts in the last few years as I aged out of ability to keep up with a huge hillside garden. None worked out until I met Mario. He actually knows about the plants I have and what they need, and is willing to learn when he discovers a new one he has not previously encountered. Mario is the landscaper I have been looking for, and he has done a wonderful job of transforming my flower floosie mess into a garden that now offers me peace and tranquility. It is still a work in progress but already I can relax and enjoy my special space instead of feeling like I always have things I needed to working on. Family and friends have really noticed the difference , and the great part is that he is upgrading my drip irrigation system as he works through each area so that I can vacation and not have to worry about the plants dying in my absence. I am looking forward to the years ahead working in partnership with someone who really cares about the work he is doing. That’s a huge compliment from a Cal Poly graduate who has had a life long background intersecting ornamental horticulture, and gardens for birds, bees, and even my nightly furry friends. We hired Mario to do a full yard cleanup after we moved into a new home. The yard is a third of an acre so relatively large, and it hadn't been maintained for 6+ months. Mario and his teammate spent a full weekend cleaning up the yard, and it looked so much better after they were done with it. For the past few months, we've had Mario continue to do bi-monthly yard maintenance and are verry happy with the quality.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mario and his team who came out. We had tall dried weeds, over grown trees, and a lot of random things that were stored in the back yard. They were able to take away all of the weeds plus dead trees. Even gave us tips on which trees we should keep and get rid of. I look forward to hiring them again! I really appreciate the professionalism he showed, with quick response, and up front discussion of an estimate for the work to be done. They left the yard so tidy upon the completion of their job.

I have two years of college related to the things I do, and at work I have been thru trainings with PG & E, Irrigation clock set ups, big machinery equipment, etc..
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working while I was still in high school, mowing lawns and offering maintenance services and I now do landscape renovations.
