Bill was my technician and he was running a little late but he called to let me know that he was on his way. He was definitely worth the wait! My carpets were badly stained but they looked as good as new when he finished. I have never been so pleased with a carpet cleaning service and I'm happy because this will now be my go to service for regular cleaning. Top notch!
