KayTech did an excellent job getting my computer up and running again. He was able to determine that the problem was not due to the hard drive. It was perfectly fine, but the problem was Windows itself. He spent a lot of time and effort installing Windows 10 again and then transferring the fats into it. He worked hard to minimize any data loss. It appears most, if not all, the data was recovered. That was a relief because there was a possibility that the data could not be retrieved. I would highly recommend KayTech for your computer repair needs. His rates are very reasonable and the discount he gives for a new customer’s first session was great! I was in a hug pickle! My computer , without warning, died! K Redon fed within in 5 minutes and then the next day he was here fixing my computer. K is a solid, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, nice, tech person who really cares He went above and beyond to fix my computer so I was up and running quickly! Kay was a very helpful technician that solved my problem 100%. Not only did he fix my computer but also put in measures to make sure that the problem wouldn't happen again. I'm not a computer guy so I was thankful when he was very patient with me when I didn't know how to exactly describe my problem.
