- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process I take my customers through is first I set a day to come meet with them and look at the job. After I meet with them it either takes me a day or two to send them a bid. Once they receive the bid then they let me know their decision. If they decide to hire me, I then ask them for a 10% Deposit to block date off. A week before the job commence I ask for another 40% of the amount to buy materials needed for the job. Once job is complete the amount due is paid in full.
