I will have to admit that I was a little nervous prior to meeting stephen because I found his website online and I had very little knowledge about him. When he arrived to my home, ALL fear & nervousness had left INSTANTLY!! His presence alone was soothing & comforting. Stephen is very punctual with arriving on time, he is VERY professional in his work, he's very knowledgeable of everything. He answered ALL of my questions, my appt with him was this past monday 7/18/16. Since then, my back pain and plantar fasciitis has been improving, each day I feel better within my body, my mind and emotionally. I'm not as irritated & stressed out like I was before....HE WILL BE MY MASSAGE THERAPIST FOR LIFE!!!! this appt past was my FIRST APPT with him .......AMAZING!!!!! IN ALL HONESTY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEPHEN CAPUCIO KRAMNY!!!!
What a great thing it’s been to have found Jimena. My life has finally become more structured thanks to all the help and tools she’s given me to communicate rationally and effectively. It’s been a life changing experience!
Shannon Avana is the most competent and efficient therapist I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She's passionate, compassionate, competent. She listens to you, not with jaded tiredness, but with an intense interest that brings out things from you that you didn't even know you kept, all the while keeping you on track with a methodic, systematic approach.
I highly recommend Randy with his effective treatment and his comfortable, welcoming environment. I started seeing Randy at my doctor's recommendation for depression. I had never been to a therapist before and growing up in the conservative midwest where the idea of therapy is for weak and/or crazy people and you're just supposed to "tough up and deal with it", I had no idea what to expect. In just a few sessions, I feel completely and totally like a new person. I've realized that I have been mildly depressed for about 15 years now, and just thought it was "normal" to feel that way. The brainspotting technique Randy uses seems so simple, but has been extremely effective on me. With brainspotting, I focus my eyes on a spot that increases the intensity of the physical discomfort of my negative emotions, and I let out whatever comes out. I'm still floored by the past experiences that I've discovered this way and how they've shaped the way my thought patterns are today. It's a unique feeling of release, and I usually leave sessions with a goofy smile on my face, feeling a little like, "what just happened?" Randy's services have been a life-changer for me, and I can't thank him enough for the vast improvement in my quality of life.
Andri supported me during a very difficult time in my life while I was going through divorce and major career change. We had sessions over the course of a year. During that time she helped me: - emotionally go through the divorce and release guilt, shame, anger and lots of other emotoins that were blocking my mind and ability to feel joy - see that I had the right to dream a better life for me and my 2 boys and I was not "crazy" for asking more from life - understand the human basic needs which go so much beyond human survival. This brought peace in me and my relationship with my boys. The most important part was that I understood their need for love and certainty and how I can provide that to them even though I see them a few days per month - make better decisions for my company. I used to take most things emotionally and sometimes my decisions were not serving everyone. Now I use emotions and instincts to set a path, and use logic to decide on the steps. I now experience less stress and make less "mistakes" - understand why I need to value myself first and how this allows me to be strong for others I can go and on. In a nutshell, she helped me shift my perspective about dreams and passions and what is possible to achieve in life. Nothing can really hold you back. It is about the clarity you have and the decisions you make.
Tony was great for me, first, hes an amiable guy that from our initial meeting, I could tell, was sincere about his desire to provide effective therapy. Im a long distance runner and a business executive (and a CMT myself) and he knew exactly what to do to relieve stress and provide recovery from athletic activity. I happy I have finally found my regular therapist now. He even included indigenous techniques from his familys heritage of healers from Mexico I recommend him to you!
I highly recommend Adrian for psychotherapy. Adrian provides a warm and welcoming presence, which allows a space for deep reflection. With Adrian's ability to deeply listen and insightful thinking, he provides a space for long lasting change to occur. I highly recommend Adrian as a therapist for all those who seek to create change in their life.
Diana is an incredibly warm, empathic, playful, and nonjudgmental therapist. She really accepts you as you are and whole heartedly wants to make changes with you. I am always impressed by her ability to make sense of things and reflect it back to me in an alternative way. She has opened my eyes to so many patterns and defenses I have, and has done it in a way that felt kind and safe. I would really recommend her to anyone I know.
This is an amazing service, as finding a therapist is one of the most difficult things. It was great to have the choice of therapists that were preselected for me and I am happy to say I have found the one for me.
Grace Pacheco is an amazing therapist. My partner and I had been rather "stuck" for nearly six months. We were not unhappy, but we were not happy either. Through her premarital survey, my partner and I were able to see more clearly areas that could benefit from growth but also areas in which we excelled. She gave us affirmation that we needed to keep feeling like our choice to be together was a positive decision and also gave us hope; hope that with minor changes (mostly broadening our empathy and understanding for one another) we had the potential to be in an even better place than before. Because of Grace's excellent help, both my partner and I gained the confidence to share feelings we had been hesitant to share for the six years we have been together because Grace showed us that it was not about sparing each other's feelings. She helped us realize that by remaining silent, the feelings would only muster up resentment and multiply to larger issues. Grace aided us in highlighting our strengths to explain how and why it is we've gotten so far in our relationship. In summary, Grace is an amazing, honest, and energetic therapist. She does not pretend to be beyond her expertise and always told us if she felt something was beyond her scope. She treated us with dignity, respect, and positive worth. We were not just "clients", we were really people with legitimate obstacles. My favorite characteristic about Grace..... She's validating. She did not feed us the "things could be worse" line. She highlighted that everyone has different lows, but that does not take away from it being YOUR low. She made us feel important and individual. I will forever value her for how I was treated and how she helped me with my partner. Amazing Grace, thank you.
The biggest benefit I get from Kip is knowing I have a scheduled, recurring time each week to work on my mental health. It's easy to get lost in the madness of the work week and avoid spending time on personal growth. Kip gives me something to anchor to no matter what's going on at work, I have my Kip appointment to look forward to and hold onto as a constant in my life. My productivity has definitely improved on the job; my mind is much more focused as I work on my mental health with my Kip therapist on a weekly basis. It's the mental equivalent of going to the gym on a routine basis; it feels good doing that for myself, and that positivity comes through in my work.
Attended a session with the therapist. Really enjoyed it and found it very helpful. I still remember and use some of the techniques she taught me. I found her soothing voice very healing.
Tony Stafford is an excellent therapist - I am a therapist myself, and I highly recommend Tony's work based on his extremely creative and targeted approach. He is my personal therapist, and I have recommended him to my family members as well. Tony has mastered multiple therapeutic modalities, and he has incredible intuition and instinct when working with people in need of help and personal change. He has an uncanny way of tapping in to the absolute heart of subconscious therapy, that is both spiritual and immediately applicable to everyday living- I believe his work is tremendously impactful.
