Introduction: Emily Noble is a San Francisco based video editor who brings a unique and fresh perspective to every project. She recently edited "DreamCatcher", a powerful PSA about human trafficking in Oakland, CA, for the nonprofit group DreamCatcher Youth Services. Emily worked as lead editor with producer/director Jeffrey Lapid on the documentary, "Heroes of the 442nd", about three Japanese-American men from the segregated 442nd regimental combat team. "Heroes" won best short documentary at the Sacramento Film and Music Festival. She was the assistant editor for media artist Kadet Kuhne’s experimental films "Rebound" and "Quantum Tunneling" (Antimatter Film Festival, Victoria, BC). Emily has volunteered as a producer and videographer for the American Cancer Society for 3 years, creating promotional videos about the Antioch Relay for Life, which were featured on their website and screened during kick-off meetings. She wrote, produced, and directed the recent senior thesis film, Alaskan Gator. Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree in digital film and video production from The Art Institute of San Francisco, California.
