properties unless damage is found.

First of all I would actually select all 5 from the list of qualities before the additional information came up. I have been glad to have Richard come over early in the morning to fix my broken pipe last night. I had no water to the home. He has been really generous, knew what to do and infact changed ghe PVC to Brass piping. He also checked through other leaks and fixed them as well. Highly recommend Richard if you need anything fixed with Plumbing.

Besides the work quality, professionalism and value, he is also very responsive, punctual and just a very honest guy. He went above and beyond to help me with all my plumbing needs: from replacing the shower heads and shower trims, replacing the sink faucet and reconnecting my new refrigerator's water lines. There were many unforeseen issues arisen throughout these tasks, yet he was able to resolve them methodically and professionally. The best plumber I ever worked with. Had a broken pipe, he came fixed that. While he was working I told him my shower hot water don’t come out hot. It was just warm, once he was done fixing the pipes. He ask me to check out the shower. He end up fixing that problem and didn’t charge me for it.

Richard is an outstanding plumber who I highly recommend. Before coming to my house, he offered to explain how I could fix the leak under my kitchen sink on my own. However, I decided to call him instead, and I’m glad I did.

I'm typically going to be cheaper than the larger companies, and more expensive than the handymen that leave you calling the big companies.
I've been doing this for a long time, and if you go with me for your plumbing issues you absolutely wont regret it.
I do not mark up parts.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the trades since straight out of high school. Went into service plumbing shortly after and have never wanted to be anywhere else.
