- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices low and affordable on average about half what a licensed contractor would charge ranging from $150 to $500 I have a lot of experience and am able to fix things fast and move on to new projects which keeps my cost down
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
with a new customer I listen to what they say they need then I explained to them what it's going to take for me to fix it so there are no surprises
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high-school graduate with about a year of college plus six years of military training and have been an electrician since 2004
