- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My neighborhood in Walnut CA, it was a melting pot of food culture. I had neighbors from, India, Isreal, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, Korea among others and I was the fat kid. Having all those neighbors and a mother who made sure we knew all of them... every weekend was like a neighborhood potluck. Everyone seem to always trade food.. I loved it!
