Optimum Roofing did an excellent job fixing my two story home tile roof. I had many broken tiles and loose tiles and a big leak because of a hole in the roof. Pedro and his team were professional, courteous, and worked hard to get the work done. They replaced and repaired an entire section and even painted and cemented the smock stacks and more. I would highly recommend to everyone. Their price is reasonable and affordable ( I shopped around). They hauled away all trash and debris and left it clean as well as completing the work in one day( they arrived early morning, done by mid day) We are very pleased with this company. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Pedro and team! Ps . They have free estimates, They have flexible schedule to work you in. Highly recommend!

Pedro is wonderful - he’s patient, accommodating, a good communicator, and humble. He and his team were thorough and efficient and made sure all my mother’s concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Pedro is comfortable and confident in his planning and work, and most importantly transparent, which puts him easily ahead of his competition. He took the time to photo document all his work - before, in-progress, and after - and then walk my mom through all of it.
