Carolyn returned my call quickly. She checked different hotel venues and she had numerous options for me when she returned my call. She was not pushy at all which I appreciated. She was able to get me a better room at a better price and was able to get some of the parking fees waived. She recommended some very good restRants and activities in the area. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use her for future trips
