I was quoted a free maintenance due to promotions run by the company. Then after the service, I was charged a fee. They blamed it on AI chatbox. So whose responsibility is the AI chatbox with? I don't like to be lied to.
Vic was quick to respond to my concerns regarding the wall heaters in our units in Glendale. He was professional and personable. I appreciated his patience when answering my questions. The company's policy on cleanliness was first rate, Walked in with shoe covering and even brought another door mat to protect flooring. I bought into their Advantage Plan where they come out twice a year (once for furnace, once for a/c) to check on everything and maintain equipment. They found a couple of duct leaks which they repaired today while installing a new, quiet attic exhaust fan. Both issues (the leak, and new fan installation) were 15% off the quote since I joined their Advantage Plan. Anthony and Isaac were right on time, cleaned up after their work, and explained what work was completed (including with photos).

1/16/2019, Wednesday, Vic gives us a proposal with a clear scope of work, and pricing for exactly what we need, a furnace replacement. We place the order late Thursday. They offer to loan free heaters over the weekend. Monday morning the crew started, red booties, floor covering everywhere. By late afternoon, HEAT!Great company, high values, clarity, prompt, good pricing, no dirt, scuffs, or mess. Removal of old equipment and installation of new rapidly, professionally, courteously completed.
