I am a degreed teacher and performing musician who regularly works with all ages and levels of blooming musicians and would love to start working with you! In our lessons, you and/or your child will learn to read and love music in a positive environment centered around enjoyment, artistic expression and musical appreciation. Lesson formats include piano, voice, ukulele or beginning guitar. We can also focus our lessons on: * Sight-reading * Ear training * Learning to sight-sing * Classical music * Jazz improvisation/chart reading and much, much more Experience and credentials: * Classically trained pianist with B.A. in Music, with emphasis on Piano, Voice and Music Business * Private, self-employed teacher since 2005 * Instructor with the local Monrovia Academy for the past 18 months teaching over 35 lessons weekly * 3 summers as keyboard instructor and band coach for Rancho-based Summer Arts Camp * 10 years of experience as church pianist/accompanist playing popular, contemporary styles * Songwriter and performing singer/songwriter * Experienced theory tutor My fees range from 20 to 25 dollars per half-hour unit.
