These 2 friendly, and absolutely amazing, ladies did a spectacular job on my bedroom carpet. They arrived on time and were very prepared to tackle the job. The quote that I received, prior to making the choice to hire them, was very, very reasonable. The care, teamwork, and professionalism, that they displayed, went way beyond my expectations. These ladies definitely know what they're doing. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. I can't wait to hire them again. I'll definitely be seeing them very soon for my other carpet cleaning needs. Thanks!

Move out cleaning of a _very_ clean home for highly demanding landlords. We agreed to 3 cleaners at a highly reasonable price. Only 2 arrived, increasing the demand on their time and effort. They are good at what they do, but they started strong and finished slow due to their reduced staff. Ended up charging more than agreed upon because of the increased time and reduced staff. Missed a few items on the way out. Overall, hard working and they do good work, but they need to be better about agreeing to and meeting terms. This will save _them_ time and energy as well. I would recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on first cleaning due to size of house and demand of the job. My first time cleaning price is higher since I will clean from top to bottom after that the price will lower. For recurring cleaning bi weekly,weekly,or monthly is $75 and up for 3 hours of cleaning. Move outs with 2 girls $250 for 4 hours, $300 for 6 hours, 5 hours $350. Pricing also depends on the demands of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I clean top to bottom so everything will be cleaned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been a mom and wife for over 20 years.
