He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly, including sourcing and installing all new, updated fittings. The previous water heater was approximately 30 years old and actively leaking, and Nathan handled the replacement efficiently and professionally. In addition to the installation, he carefully moved my washer and dryer out of the way, thoroughly cleaned the area, and returned everything to its proper place once the job was complete.
