Roasted Red Pepper is a unique catering company. Our service to our clients is high-end delicious food with on-site chef service. From hors d'oeuvres to a wide variety of main courses, and the most delectable desserts, our food is all handmade using the freshest of local ingredients.
All foods are prepared in my commercial kitchen, and finished on-site to perfection. Service is usually provided in the comfort of the client's home or small private venues.
Our professional staff ensures that our clients' needs are paramount and discrete. We do not disappoint!

From start to finish, Carol Iaquinta, Chef-Owner was excellent and helpful. Very professional, very hands on with every detail large to small. Food was excellent as we did a Mexican Fiesta theme for my daughter's wedding. Food was tasty ( wedding cake and appetizers too ), hot, fresh and on time. I would recommend Carol and her team to anybody interested in a first class catering situation. Carol is trustworthy, reasonably priced and a great honest resource in her dealing with my daughter and I in the wedding food & beverage preparation and presentation. She also is an excellent resource in the others aspects of a destination wedding ( tables/chairs/bartender possibilities, shuttles, etc.. ) I have worked with many hotels catering folks, special ( vendors, food trucks, restaurants and catering company's ) event catering folks and coming from a collegiate athletic department with over 30 years of experience working with every aspect of food/beverage service - I would take Carol and her staff again without reservation ! Excellent job from Roasted Red Pepper Chef & Catering Company.

Carol and her team totally blew us away from start to finish. She tied up all the last minute loose ends for me and took all the stress away from hosting a big event.
All the guests devoured the appetizers, meal and even the beautiful wedding cake. Days after the event, we're still getting compliments on the food and the service. Carol even provided the banquet table linens, the cutlery, napkins, dishes, coffee and water glass service (to name a few)!
I cannot recommend her enough and can't wait to host my next event with her!

Carol was wonderful. She communicated and kept me informed. From the first time I made contact with her she responded quickly and with all of the information I needed. She was on time with everything hot and ready to go. We had an awesome event! You will not be disappointed:)
