Completed multiple projects preparing house for new tenants. Massive amount of work in just a few days. Worked throughout the day and well into the night to meet the deadline. Replaced interior doors and trim as well as the door hardware. Replaced bathroom exhaust fans. Patched holes in walls. Installed new stove. Painted and performed a tremendous amount of cleanup both inside and out.

Knowledgeable and proficient. Punctual, works quietly and fast. Leaves area neat and clean when work is completed. He found and fixed two plumbing leaks in the kitchen. The he ran a waterline (concealed under the floor) to my refrigerator in preparation for the installation of an icemaker. All this in a few hours and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, and I will use him again as needed.
