Introduction: During my seven year run as a Fine Dining Line Chef I discovered my passion for sharing my kitchen knowledge and now it's available to you. We will prepare a three course meal step by step, culminating into an unforgettable culinary experience. Being a Cordon Bleu graduate prepared me for the rigors of being a Fine Dining Line Cook at a high profile restaurant.
