- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Discounts for lower-income, Senior Citizens, First Responders, Students, and Active/Retired Military. There is always a fix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and get them to fill out the client portal so they can upload any pics or videos that might help diagnose and cut down the amount of time it takes to repair their appliance.
