- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes of course we attend classes every chance we get we also attend food shows in California.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am the youngest boy out of seven sisters and one brother when I was younger in the 70s they where out having fun having boyfriends girlfriends I was at home watching my m cook her food smell so good I had to learn how to cook it' fried chicken collard greens black eye peas fried okra green tomatoes oxtails neck bones I started cooking at the age of 14 and has had the passion for it now! I cook everything I have worked in every position in 12 different resturants from Tony Roma's to cask n cleavers to serval others toy own.

Weddings birthday parties family reunions filming spots pick nicks you name it we've done it.
