Chris was very professional and patient in answering all of my questions of concern. Chris demonstrated his thorough knowledge and experience and was able to provide informative information regarding my particular repair needs. Chris provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure doing business with. Chris personally picked up my item requiring repair and similarly returned my item directly to me. Chris also provided a warranty guarantee of his repair work should any issues arise. I was very satisfied with the work performed to my laptop which is functioning perfectly again. Wonderful service. Not only did he address my issue, he even suggested other things i didn't even know i needed, and he showed me instead of only telling me. Made me feel way more trusting. Thank you! Sorry for the late reply but I've only just picked up this service platform again to see where it leads me now that they've changed a few things. Folks, this is what I do. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a minimum service fee of 2 hours on site for any hourly rate specified. My services are hourly and start at $35 an hour for PC & Mac repair/upgrades/software installs. For PC custom computer builds I charge $150 for labor at a flat rate. This includes a full burn in test for new builds/gaming rigs, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process would be the same as with anyone who needs my services. Kind, courteous service. professional with a smile. A real one, that is. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?i try to keep a bi-weekly inspection of places like EnGadget, Snopes, and other news places geared for tech knowledge. It is really entertaining to keep with the latest tech stuff and see what is coming before others know whats up.
