- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes continuing education is required because the computer industry is changing constantly with new technology being developed. It is necessary to keep up with this new technology to service a clients needs Adequately and Professionally.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love using and working on computers, so I enrolled in a College computer course. I love helping people, and being a Computer Support Technician allows me to do that.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Hardware and soft ware installations, Computer repair and upgrades. Security installations and updates, Virus, Trojan, and Spyware removal. Educating them so a client will not have to hire a Technician to solve every problem. Production helping a client get the most from there computers.
