- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing ranges from the different types of services that we provide. The most important thing to keep in mind is that our pricing reflects our VALUE of service. The majority of jobs can be quoted over the phone however, we may need to come out to conduct a thorough inspection to determine a price per service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the initial set up of service which is based on the convenience of the individual customer. We work around your schedule to best suit your availability. Once we arrive at your home or business, you will be greeted with a friendly smile as we go over your needs which are unique to you. Inspection of the property is very imperative to the success of the treatment. We love and strive to keep each and everyone of our customers educated at every service. Keeping the customer educated on the needs of their property is important in the continuing success of their service plan. Things like keeping the exterior picked up, keeping trash properly sealed, not overwatering are complementary to the success of the treatment so that any future issues are kept to a minimum or eliminated completely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience aside, we are continually attending and taking part in continuing education courses to keep our knowledge of products, equipment and treatment methods up to date. We are confident in our ability to treat your home or business.
