Aaron does a great job running the Hi 5 fit camp. I've lost weight, gained muscle, decreased my body fat & I've increased my speed, flexibility, & strength. Every month is a new adventure. Never know what kind of challenging workout he will come up with next. First started working with Aaron when I was doing physical therapy at Pair & Marotta. He got me back to normal, well better than normal! Hi 5 can be tailored to every skill or ability level, and he will teach you proper form so you do get injured.

Great workout. I'm in the best shape of my life, after 2 years of High 5 workouts. I look forward to every session and look forward to many more years.

I appreciate this newsletter because it is SSI - short & sweet & informative. Most of all, you put a lot of info we are over supplied with in good perspective. Didn't get to go to the Saturday free info meeting posted on April 10, but hope you have another one.
