Sam Yacoub and his crew did an amazing job remodeling our former screened in porch into a beautiful room. They had to replace five large single pane windows with two smaller dual pane windows. In addition, they framed and insulated and added dry wall to the outside walls, finished the walls on the inside and painted. Everything was done perfectly with great detail. Sam went above and beyond what I expected him to do adding details I never thought needed to be done. They were very professional and they did all of it in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable fee. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I am beyond thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Sam and Arkship for any home project.

I cannot recommend Arkship enough. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, communication was clear and prompt. They showed up on time every day, answered all my questions about the pouring and curing process, and paid incredible attention to the slope and drainage to ensure no water pools on the surface. The finished product looks flawless, and our yard was left cleaner than they found it. True professionals!

My wife and I have been wanting to have our floors in our house for a few years and finally decided it was time. We talked to multiple contractors who could do the job, but we decided that ArkShip was the company to use. Their price quote was very reasonable and comparable to the others, but the conversations with them made us feel like they would be the best choice. They explained everything very well and answered all our questions and concerns. They worked well with the stores that we purchased the materials from and delivered everything for us. They were very meticulous and detailed and ensured we were happy with the work. Since we were already living in our house, they had to move furniture around as they worked and made sure everything was put together and in the right place when they were finished. They beat the estimated completion date, which was a very good thing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for flooring or other jobs. We will be using them again for future projects.

Sam was very Professional and went above and beyond to complete the job on time and also took ownership of the job and saw to other little jobs that cropped up. He is pleasant and gives reasonalbe qoutes for the work. He actually tried to get me a contractors discount on the materials I needed. Very satisfied with his work.
