If I could give 10 stars I would… I am a very picky person when it comes to cleaning and when I say these cleaners did an amazing job, I mean they did an AMAZING job. I pay strong attention to detail and it’s VERY clear that Deysi and her team do as well. They cleaned certain items in my home that not many people would notice but I sure did, such as the inside of my tooth brush holders, vacuumed every single piece of furniture in my home, etc. I am so happy with the cleaning they provided it really makes me look forward to hiring them as my permanent cleaners to come twice a month. We recently moved to Bakersfield a few months ago and I have hired two different cleaners come do maintenance cleanings on my home and neither of them met my expectations but Deysi and her crew absolutely met and possibly even surpassed them in many aspects. Thank you so much again!

Deysi was prompt getting back to me in texts and kept me updated while she was cleaning my brother's house and afterward. She and her partner arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning his house which had been neglected for several months. He is very particular about his Pergo floor and explained that he didn't want it mopped because that left streaks. He showed Deysi the streaks so she would understand. Also he has antique furniture he wants cleaned only with a dust cloth and no moisture and a leather table cover he wants done the same way and she understood that also. I am pleased that she was agreeable to his requests and tried to please him.
I'm especially happy that he wants her to return in 2 weeks because he has weakness and injuries that prohibit him from cleaning his house the way he likes it.

When Deysi first started with us the cleanings were great. Then she started sending her staff because she was too far along in her pregnancy which is completely understandable but the quality of the cleanings were no where near the same. We do cleanings every 2 weeks and today they were supposed to come at 10am, I told them I needed to leave at 11am and they told me that they were on their way to leave the garage open, thankfully I didn’t because 12:30pm came and they still did not show up! So sad because I really enjoyed coming home after Deysi had cleaned my home (she’s on maternity leave) but this was so unprofessional of her staff and ruined our whole day. My family was coming to visit from out of town and this company failed us, we won’t be rehiring after this.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge per square foot, the price changes depending on the amount of furniture or how dirty the house is. The client will always find some extra details that we do. If it is every 2 weeks, there is a discount on the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to do our best so that the client is satisfied with our work according to the terms and conditions that the client prefers if they need us to clean the entire house or part of the house.

I have the ability to do my job, because I do what I like to do.
