- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free Quotes over the phone, message, email or online, just let us know what you need done, we'll send you an optimized quote just for you! First timers get a 15% discount on their first booking!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll work with you to define the scope of your cleaning needs, gathering some basic information about your space, like size and what needs to be done, and when you want your cleaner to show at your home and provide their service. With that information we proceed to give you a quote, and if everything checks out, we'll process your booking, it's that easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the Cleaners in our network have plenty experience under their belt, they bring their own tools and supplies, so you won't have to worry about that, additionally they all operate licensed and properly established businesses, safety and compliance matters to us!
